Local Number Transfers: Transfer your current phone number to BroadVoice

Transferring Your Phone Number Is Easy! In many cases, it's as simple as telling us the number you would like to transfer and answering a few questions.

STEP 1: To confirm that your existing number can be transferred to BroadVoice, please click the link below.

STEP 2: Once you have verified your number is transferable, please log into your BroadVoice Account Portal to continue your transfer request. On the right hand side of your page, select “Keep My Number”. Fill out the Letter of Authorization Form, detailing your name, service address, and billing telephone number.

That’s it! Once the request has been processed, you will be notified via email of all status changes. You can continue to check the progress of your transfer request by logging into your BroadVoice Account Portal.

Moving your number can take some time, depending on your current telephone provider. We do everything possible to quickly facilitate number transfers.

When can I turn off my old service?
While we are in the process of transferring your number, remember not to cancel your service. You could lose your number!
